Does our church need any tech experience to use this?

None at all. We set up everything and hand you a simple dashboard. If you can read a list on a phone, you can run this system. We also provide support whenever you need it.

How does the money get to our church?

Payments are processed securely through Stripe and deposited directly into your church's bank account. We help you set that up as part of the onboarding process.

Can we use it for multiple fundraisers?

Absolutely โ€” that's the whole point. The system is reusable. Change the menu, reset the orders, and you're ready for your next event. The $20/month covers unlimited fundraisers.

What if our members don't have smartphones?

No problem. A volunteer can take orders at a table and enter them into the system on behalf of members. The dashboard still shows accurate totals for the kitchen.

How long does setup take?

We typically have your system ready within 3โ€“5 business days. We'll need your church name, logo (if you have one), and your menu items to get started.

Can we cancel anytime?

Yes. There's no long-term contract on the $20/month. Cancel anytime with 30 days notice. The $199 setup fee is non-refundable once we begin building.
